What is Dl Grant Count and ul grant count??

UL Grant is a specific physicall control channel information from Network (eNodeB) telling a UE “Now you can transmit data” (More accurately saying "You can transmit the data 4 ms after you got this grant). UL grants having below information TB SIZE RNTI DCI RB allocation HARD-ID UCI Retransmission counts Transmission power. UL-SCH BLER, Throughput MCS,RI,PMI,CQI 2.DL grants having below parameters. DCI Format,DCI resources grants information. Resource block allocation. Transmission block sizes RNTI PDSCH(DL-SCH),PDCCH Info HARQ ID CRC(Cyclic redundancy check information) Detailed DL grants parameters are: MCS SNR Pathloss(DB) Transport block rate(TB/sec) DL-SCH BLER DL-SCH Throughput Mean no of Resources blocks Retransmission counts Latency of radio interfaces No of grants from each modulation No of codewords So, if above information may mismatch from DL and UL grants .It will also cause BLER.
