Dear Mr Polley, I would like to do lung segmentation (so I have used your video for help) However, when I follow the differente stage, I am not able to obtain "the growing region" (there is not "island pixel in green) and then I can't obtain Brush ROI) Maybe is there something else to do before the first stage (ROI); there is a setting in viewer preference? Hi Brendan, Are you creating a model of the internal chambers of the heart and the not the walls with this method? Regards, John

Hi Brendan, I'd like to measure the volume of specific limb muscles or groups of muscles. Are you aware of a method could use to acheive this? Cheers, Simon
