i installed properly DRUPAL ACQUIA DEV DESKTOP.. but in vendor folder there is no bin folder. so how can i run this command? and this command ../vendor/bin/drupal ??? in win10 YOUR USER PATH>../vendor/bin/drupal '..' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. It's invalid command... I installed locally not with acquia cloud facility PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
