please ma'am, simulating it in proteus do we also use microcontroller and oscilloscope only like the square generation?? Am trying it but it's not simulating. please help

Mam I want to simulate this ecg wave with 8051 microcontroller in Proteus simulator...For that I need to write the program which will run on 8051 microcontroller, but I don't know how to start? Will you please guide me. If you give me detailed step by step guide or any reference program then it will help me.
