My beloved and cherished pet Cat lola of 17 years had to be put to sleep and it devastated me. I said I wouldn't make any more connections with any new animals unless it was a dances with wolves situation and something came to me from the wilderness and needed my help because I couldn't handle the pain of saying goodbye again, 3 days after saying that, a small, black feral stray kitten strolled onto my property in the middle of nowhere Scotland..Needless to say I helped her and she's now spayed, vaxed and named. Her name is Binx and this is her song. She wants to slit my throat in my sleep but I love her for it. (She likes cuddles now a few weeks later, but it's followed up by claws and violence, lyrics to this song works very well for her little ways haha )

I wouldn't call him a great song writer. Definitely a different style pf writing to say the least, like the misfits aren't nothing compared to Cancerslug'a twistedness! But I will say that this band does a great job at having lyrics that greatly correspond with the guitar playing and just leave you bobbing or banging your head in a trance so to speak. Like when he Alex story says " it's all right now." It's perfect.
