I couldn't understand that how to convert values of enthalpy in positive? And why we should use 25C and 1.013 bar as we already have the temperature and pressure values

I have the same problem! I discovered that negative value is due to DHFORM (enthalpy of formation) that is an high negative value. The results obtained in the table come from the sum of the DHFORM + entalpy of ideal gas + enthalpy departure, but i can't find the latter two values using aspen...

Thanks, can I use same want to generate steam load sheeding. Fixed HP steam header temperature and play with flow rate from boiler to get header pressure. Please 🙏 help me to simulate
