Not a bug I use mods from Nexus, have my storage weight set to 50k. With every update it breaks the mods so first few days after an update until the mod is updated along with it I can't use my storage.

Those 2 specific ones were from a week long event at the beginning of April I think. The event where you had to kill machines that were distracted by radio/boombox.

The experimental weapons are obtained from killing rivals when your character is over level 25. The bolt action laser gun shown here specifically was obtained from the soviet Vulture shown in the video.

Yes there are some weapon skin mods on Nexus but this one specifically was from the weapon skins event in April or May.

When my family joins and there's 4 of us we crank the difficulty to max and play the game as intended, but when I'm solo or just 2 of us I lower it and play it like an arcade run and gun shooter.
