Marie is the perfect encapsulation here of what’s wrong with society’s views on relationships: If an older guy wants to date a younger woman, he’s “robbing the cradle”, but when it’s the other way around, nobody bats an eyelash. It’s a double standard that seriously needs to stop.

I DISAGREE. The double standard is reversed. Younger women dating older men is normalized nowadays. However older women dating younger men is seen as creepy and unseemly. Director Sam Johnston's husband, Aaron Taylor Johnston, is 30 years her junior and younger women are constantly bashing her for being too old for her husband. Society cares more in older women dating younger than older men. 😒

The Big Bang Theory, Two and a half men and Everybody Loves Raymond are the top shows that people never get tired of watching repeatedly over and over even if it very old . That is the charm those tv shows have generated from the acting, story line as well as the comedy tracks especially the one liners.

Because men tend to be more confident and have a camaraderie and are happy for their friends. Whereas women have a tendency to be snarky about other women they find attractive.
