I have loved this curriculum since I first heard about it. We've only tried the math with my youngest but I'm tempted to buy this and the phonics for him to begin in January. Do you think it's worth it? I've seen where the phonics is kinda easy for kids in first grade. We are gently doing kindergarten this year but plan to do two years of k before officially doing first grade since he's a really young kindergartener. Do you think it'll be a good fit for him to do with this level 1 reader?

We did not. I didn’t even remember they had a phonics program until you mentioned it. It looks great!

Hi! Is it a full Language Arts curriculum? Meaning does it include writing, grammar, spelling, dictation, punctuation, etc?

This is a reading curriculum, but I would say it’s more reading practice and comprehension than actually teaching them how to read. I used this alongside Explode the Code.

@@mifamiliahomeschool thanks. I'm homeschooling in Kenya, I've been using Mia Academy for a few months but I feel my kids need more so now considering other options
