Lucky NWers! It was like 50ºF today on the Shores of Ontario. But there's still snow on the ground & it's now headed back down below 40! Great Patch though... & the kids playing in the background were a nice touch :]

Gorgeous. Heading into a depressing winter in melbourne, but this reminds me that the feeling of warmth and blooming can just be a state of mind, and either way it will all come around again in the end. You're really inspiring me to dive into modular systems and explore how textures evolve with the sounds of the environment around me.

Sadly I don't have grass yet where I live- it's just snow. At least I have this song to imagine it. :D

Makes me euphoric, like when you just lay in the shade on grass with no ants

I've always wondered what you do when you're out of the picture in these videos : do you watch it as it goes ? Send text messages ? Smoke a cigarette ? For some reason that question has come up multiple times in my mind when watching your videos haha Oh, and of course, good job man :)

HEEEY there! I just found you via bobeats latest vid...(3 apirl now). First of all, love the sounds and love the videos! Real soothing, smooth and relaxing! Its a journy and works on so many levels. How do you feel about someone remixing your sounds? I have done so like a "million" times with Simon the magpies stuff and did one with HaqAttac... but i wanne change up the game a bit. How would you feel about making a remix album with magpie pirates. The magpie pirates is a bunch of musicians hobby and some more pro, who just makes albums after ablums like crazy at the time, from sample packs and a bunch of other stuff. I ve been an active member since the start up there, and its a real good bunch of folks there. This is just an Idea, but im throwing it out there.. What if we made an album, with one of your tunes first, and then a bunch of remixes of that tune in all kinds of genres all from diffrent artist. It would not be much work for you, but you would b connected with a bunch of super active youtube watchers and followers, and maybe you find some inspiration and nice ppl to stay connected to.. Who knows, but it would easy to make this happen, just need your acept and blessings.... Much luv and thanks for your great music anyways.. Bless your breakfast, Beggs n Acon!

See, here is the problem with this; as pretty as it is, if you can walk away from your setup and let it do it's own thing, that's just boring. I want to see some interaction, some actual "playing" of your instrument (you know, like an actual musician.) But this generative crap takes absolutely no effort at all...
@Aldoistaken5 жыл бұрын
The "effort" is done off-screen, before the video, kinda like when you listen a CD, it's not performed in front of you but you can still enjoy the music and appreciate the work that went into it. :) But yeah it can be boring to watch!
@CiggyRettes5 жыл бұрын
Shut. Music is an art form, not a physical exercise. Intimate knowledge of synthesis and exploration of different patch combinations is just as valuable in a “real musician” as presicion and dexterity of movement. If you ended up on this channel you should already have realized this.

You really don't know what you're talking about
@user-ck9lm6xi1o5 жыл бұрын
Wait. You’re trolling, right? Guys it’s a troll, relax. Nobody in their right mind would listen to this and think it’s “generative crap” that “takes absolutely no effort at all”. That’s just obviously false (:
@McEnroe9115 жыл бұрын
Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it takes no effort. There's a reason 23,000 people are subbed to this channel. Ann Annie makes this world a more beautiful place. Can you say the same?
