I'm so sorry Basil is not doing that well with his teeth! I always go "Whooptie Doo Basil!" When I see him, he just looks like the cutest soot ball. Hope he feels better, might have to switch to full soft foods for him along treatment to clean and check his teeth. 😅

I think that's a really good idea Mike, doing a sort of highlight reel for Week-Ons that could possible be a little boring, when there's not a lot of variety in the food. I really like the condensed Pot Noodle series. I understand about the times really. You do what you have to do to keep things afloat. It's not like anyone starts to get slightly frantic after a few months of no content and frantically checks various social media accounts to make sure you're still alive. Who would do that? That's silly, certainly not me!

I want Mike Jeavons’ channel to be more than “guy eats food”. It used to have variety with Shameful Sequels and Infomercials. And sometimes Mike doing a song, or going to Alton Towers.

@@Martynde He quit the Shameful Sequels for copyright reasons, but you are absolutely right on the Informercials, that was why I subscribed to him. I find Week Ons a bit of a drag because there's a lot of repetition. Maybe this new format will be more... palatable.

My 17 year old kitty has soft teeth and has needed regular dental cleanings most of her life. She has her fangs and a few molars remaining of what once was a full set of teeth. I dont know if they exist outside the USA but i have insurance for my cat through Banfield Pet Hospital. for around $55 a month which is the most expensive cat plan, she gets 2 comprehensive exams covered a year, a dental cleaning, discounted prescriptions, and i can bring her in whenever needed and the visits are covered. Extractions dont always have a set price as they dont know what will need to be done to extract the cats tooth until they get into the very small space. I am glad Basil is recovering well. You are a very good writer i think, your book Viral was insane good and one hell of a ride!

both of my cats have had teeth out over the past few years it was about £300 each time , boy the vets know how to charge ! hope to still see week-ons in the original format aswell as the shortened format as I have a longer attention span than a goldfish (thats why I dont have tictoc)

I understand why you put week ons on Patreon first but I still think you would get more views on the later week on videos if it is filmed a day ahead and you can include what people are shouting in the comments. As an alternative you could do a week based on previous week ons and adjust to previous feedback. And we are stil lwaiting for videos what you eat after a week on is finished.

If you re-do the week on ration packs, remember to do a little research. US MRE being single meal, and UK ORP being 24 hour for example. Although these kinds mistakes are funny, are not so good for your health. The "highlight reel" would be a good idea.
