The serpent in genesis sounds an awful lot like satan tempting Jesus. Master manipulator he is.

A comment i get when i explain this to someone is if the tree of knowledge and the serpent are both satan is he talking to himself. Never had a good answer.

@ there isn’t a time when the two interact. The serpent talks to Eve and Eve interacts with the tree. Where is the moment where the serpent and the tree are interacting?

I’m reading gen3v4 which is the serpent and v 6 she eats from the tree. The tree and serpent are the same, that’s where it gets somewhat confusing. But no, they serpent does not talk with the tree. I see that my self now by going over it.
