Thanks for the insight 🙏 it’s nice to hear from your perspective. I keep failing to get a GCA position 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😂 but hopefully I can apply what you’ve shared with us here!

GCA positions are super competitive! The person I was replacing for my second GCA position also had prior work experience. It's possible that you'd be a more competitive applicant for this kind of job after having more work experience. And people are able to get accepted into GC programs without being a GCA too, so it goes both ways! Good luck with your job search! 😊
