THe first five or six minutes looks a lot like the inner harbor area in Victoria _used_ to look.. well. it still does, except for the homeless everywhere.. Things plumetted badly after the Camobell gov''t guttedsocial programs, and continued the closing of all the mental care facilities, despite record shortages of affordable rents.. But it was a beautiful city, once. Not that kind of thing is likely to happen to the Swiss cities. They wouldn't allow it to.
