Rejection is very hard to believe but we can always learn something from it. when I started my career I also got rejected in a cognizant client interview but I haven't lost hope and keep trying for my time.
The same happened with me when I was in sapient after 2 months of notice period finally got a chance to give a project allocation interview and again got rejected multiple time
so we have discussed all these points in detail in this video about how we can deal with internal project interview rejection

In service companies, under support there are 2 types of projects. T&M (time & material) i.e hourly billing and another is fix bid (entire project billing). Fix bid are mostly, managed services where company to own entire systems and no matter who is working on project (for client). In this type of projects, there is no client interview.

This is true. My interview for Infosys was very easy but the client interviews were the toughest. I gave 2 client interviews and got rejected.

Bhaiya by mistake I've joined a company which has a very outdated tech stack and projects are not of my interest. I'm a front-end developer but can't even see slightest of development part. Vivek client round are depends on various scenario many time team member only take interview but sometimes client itself conduct the interview and mostly there will be 1 round but in some cases you will face 2 round

Hi , sir , pls reply with my query.....My sister has switched from wipro to zensar (pune). She has been selected in zensar with 5 years of work ex in manual and automation testing. But not able to clear client interview. So she would be transferred to bench, i suppose. My doubt is do zensar fire experienced employee on bench. I also heard rumours is that bench period at zensar is 45 days only. So what after that?

Do not belive on rumours ask her to talk with manager about bench policy and company will give your sister some other chances to clear inter if she is not able to clear then HR will ask what is worng the is step by step procedure
