Hello! first your quation is not clear. you must tell what a model of your cctv and must you have a wifi at office. connect your device to ethernet and download an apk on your mobile.like the steps on this video. good luck.

if your camera connect to phone you can flash firmware easly. but you must try by ethernet cable with local setup.

Take sim card wich you will use in camera. Insert in a phone and turn off pin code on this sim card. Than return sim card to your camera and connect it by manual. I had problem "device offline" and turning pin code off helped to solve.

hi, have you scanning the QR code over it. first you have to connect to his hotspot wifi without wifi code. after add your home wifi on application like on the video. good luck Any question iam here.

@@GenieSurveillance Yes, I scanned qr code on camera, and after device was still offline. I already solve the problem. I inserted the sim card to the phone and turn off pin code on it. Than, returned sim card to the camera and connected it again. It helped.
