Hello, if the reset boutton exist inside the cover juste near the sim card slot, keep clicking for 10 seconde, if dosn't work try to do it on application V380

How to monitor the camera if the phone use mobile internet? When I use wifi in my phone I can monitor the CCTV. If phone not connected to wifi the device is offline.

Hello, in this situation you are add it in hotspot mode! no you must add it in scan and wifi mode with qr code and front the phone with the camera in face to scan directly, good luck.

hi, have you scanning the QR code over it. first you have to connect to his hotspot wifi without wifi code. after add your home wifi on application like on the video. good luck Any question iam here.

@@GenieSurveillance Yes, I scanned qr code on camera, and after device was still offline. I already solve the problem. I inserted the sim card to the phone and turn off pin code on it. Than, returned sim card to the camera and connected it again. It helped.

Take sim card wich you will use in camera. Insert in a phone and turn off pin code on this sim card. Than return sim card to your camera and connect it by manual. I had problem "device offline" and turning pin code off helped to solve.
