My presenter isn't pushing the paper out far enough for the customer to grab their receipt. How would I address this?

Make sure the presenter motor roller turn when it tries to eject - clean the soft rubber rollers - make sure the rollers on top touch the soft roller underneath - test with the bezel forward - look at the clear plastic covers to see if they're blocking the paper - Otherwise if you checked everything shown in the video, call Support during business hours - that issue is usually resolved without replacing any parts.
