+Marcio Antonio Alvarez Baldelomar lol ok why don't you go find these guys who punch so much harder than Golovkin. He's had over 400 fights with a 92% ko rate in his pro career and he is currently on a 23 ko streak. Name another current fighter who has 23 ko's in a row. This guy is pretty much the Tyson of the middleweights in terms of punching power and intimidation.

He throws his hook differently than the classic Western style which is to hold your fist sideways and level. He turns his fist over like an overhand right. That twisting motion could generate extra power and make it difficult to duck.

Dany Adams Stevens isn't a big name, i didn't even know him before GGG, and i watch boxing every day. But it wouldn't matter anyway, your name doesn't mean anything. This punch would hurt some unknown boxer as hard as someone like Klitschko. Oh, and you don't have to be into boxing, to kill someone with a single punch.

I don't believe that power can't be learnt & worked on, lots of amateurs didn't have great power but only developed it as a pro (Naseem Hamed springs to mind). To hit hard you have to want to hit hard. You have to learn to punch from the shoulder and put your weight and pivot behind every shot till you perfect it. A lot of these pros have 100 + amateur fights before doing it for a living, so bear in mind they have been punching for nearly their entire lives.

@fformfiller
@fformfiller 9 жыл бұрын
+trevor palla Tyson was a heavyweight though, and the combinations from body to head is what dropped a lot off opponents, more than just power alone. He could throw a 4 punch combo in one second.

+fformfiller tyson weighed 220 pounds a small heavyweight. His power was beyond compare. Paulies power never evolved. Even if he had hire 10 best trainers or CC out there. iMO. Thanks bro
@fformfiller
@fformfiller 9 жыл бұрын
+trevor palla Yes alright, Tyson had one punch KO power but he also had the fastest hands of any HW. His style of fighting was also focused around power rather than a pure upright boxer like Malignaggi. As we know Tyson got a lot of power bobbing and weaving, coming up from the ground and using it as a leverage from side to side motions. My old coach fought Naseem Hamed as an amateur and told me that he didn't have much power back then, not until he was a pro that it really came into his own.
