Genome Guardian - Fume will smoke you!

Fume has reduced damage but hits all enemies around the main target without needing any sort of explosion or splash. He also works on a smimiliar fuel system like Diesel but it's called gas here. Instead of getting refueled between waves, you have to get hit by enemy bullets which will refill a tiny portion of your gas.
Since I'm immune to bullet damage, the best perk option for me was balloon, which increases firerate when hit. Antifreeze is also nice in case I ever run out.
