Your presentation is as clear and concise as any lecture I have witnessed! I am a fan! Thanks!

After genomics and transcriptomics, proteomics is the next step in the study of biological systems. It is more complicated than genomics because an organism's genome is more or less constant, whereas the proteome differs from cell to cell and from time to time.

I like the speed you used in your presentation. It is slow and clear enough to learners to absorb the matter

Didn't know that our DNA codes for only less than 2% of our protein, till this video. Thumbs up.

Great Video and good explanation - thank you! I think there are more than 20-25,000 proteins in a human. Humans have approx. 30,000 genes and more than 100,000 different proteins.

It is true that the human genome is still being explored and curated. We do not have a precise number of different proteins encoded by our genome yet. New proteins continue to be discovered. But the rate of discovery has slow down in the generally excepted number is still in the 20,000 to 25,000 range. Here is an article explaining this In more detail. www.google.com/amp/s/www.the-scientist.com/news-opinion/new-database-expands-number-of-estimated-human-protein-coding-genes-64298/amp
