I attended genpact interview for accounts payable. They will conduct virtual interview 2rounds . Us shift timming 7 pm to 4 am only one side cab facilities is provided. while going to office we should go by ourself. Work in office only

Usme aapko acchi knowledge honi chahiye jo woh kuch bhi puche aap bta paao agr 2 question bhi nhi bataye ya batane m halka sa bhi atke aap wahi apne aap ko reject maan lena yahi reason h kaafi kam bacche select hote h inki vacancy kabhi fill nhi ho skti.. Ye chalti rehti h and rahengi.. Extra ordinary people require. Hai inhe ya phir source ho andar.

if you already haven't joined, reach out to Accenture HR and tell them due to some personal situation you wont be able to join it. and hopefully HR will understand it and wont blacklist you. Please keep in mind that the other offer you have got, is a good company as well as you dont want to be in a situation where you dont join Accenture dur to this other offer, or later something happens and this other company cancel its offer.

First question they will ask you why you want to switch domain...apart from that they will test your knowledge on the concepts (the domain in which you are switching) questions based on your current experience. And some questions based on JOb description to find out if you are a good fit or not
