Just be normal, dont get nervous during interview and prepare basic question like your introduction very well, then highlight your career achievments, if you are working then gather good knowldge of information about your job role.....also gather knowledge about the post for which you are going to give interview and little knowledge Genpact company and most important show that you have integrity in yourself.
