I have completed my graduation in 2021. And I worked as a data entry operator in government organisation in outsourcing till last month. I have fixed salary, no pf and no relieving letter, bcoz it is government organisation. I just have experience certificate. If interviewer ask me what i have done after graduation, shall i say them that i worked there. Or shall i say them as a fresher ?

Yes, if asking the company you are applying for is pf and a relieving letter is a requirement. if they say you need this to provide them then try a fresher

I have never heard of the EOD round before. It might mean the "End of the day" No, worry you already had cleared almost all rounds of interviews and came much ahead.

Bro one doubt I have worked somewhere for 1 year but not having any relief letter/Experience letter bcz got there by vendor but have pf balance so what to do should i consider myslef as a fresher or Experienced,Bcz i dont have those i only have Payslip,So if got into a company as a fresher and if they get my Pf details so what to do bcz UAN number remain same for all pls reply ?

Well, it was a virtual round. I had a talk one-on-one with HR in a breakout room on a Zoom meeting. Asked me a few questions about my previous work experience and my interest in genpact. Asked me to share my email ID and contact no so I did. Now, when they get back to me for the next process I am not having any idea. Will update the same on my channel if I hear back from them.
