A Railpower Genset diesel train engine working the yard, hauling intermodal shipping containers into the Port of Virginia Norfolk International Terminals. Terminal & Hampton Boulevards intersection, Norfolk, Virginia. Also seen is a Norfolk Southern high hood EMD! Oh my goodness B&O! I can’t help thinking that if this was in the UK, the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) would go into meltdown ‼️😲 What with a railway crossing a major road junction, an unprotected, unfenced rail crossing at that; located at the entrance to a port with frequent shunting movements AND railway employees actually riding on the footsteps of moving locomotives. MY GOD. They’d have the whole place shut down in an instant ‼️ Great video B&O, thoroughly enjoyed it 👍🏻😁
