As a day 1 player, seeing this update makes me feel like an old man already DAMN haha. The whole TV navigation BS was too much I stopped playing, and now I'm thinking about coming back. It's only a dynasty warriors game in the early game, once you get to the endgame it becomes more like a fighting game. When they turn off the yellow and red attack indicators you actually have to start reading the boss movesets and countering or dodging properly. Also, Billy has damage falloff at a distance so you're incentivized to play up close and point blank. He is much less safe to play if you want to max out his damage.

No need to regret choosing Wise. While Belle has a much livelier personality than her brother, Wise will definitely grow on you as the story progresses. I felt the same way at first, but now I’m glad I chose Wise. This is mainly because the game has a date and quality time system with your collected agents, and having Wise charming and rizzing these playable characters felt like a fun self-insert moment-hahaha! That aside, if you pick Wise, Belle becomes your sidekick and gets more lines in the dialogue than the sibling you choose. You can enjoy her wit and silliness a lot more this way. Plus, the writer made sure to flesh out the main characters in the later chapters, so you’ll see their personalities shine even more.

They aren't that blank slate. Belle and Wise has the best non-blank-slate main characters so far among gacha games. Their personalities are obviously different and a lot of effort went into making them felt different and not self-insert outside of the trust events.

First off - welcome to ZZZ and I hope you are going to stay a while, since the game is really fun to play. At one point in the video you asked if the enemy is called Dullahan, like the legendary sword. The answer is no, Dullahan is a mythical lore about a headless monster, which is why the core of the monster is exposed like that - with no head, so to speak. The legendary sword you had in mind is probably Durandal. It was also interesting to see how they changed the start of the game, because a lot of people really didn't like the TV mode. I didn't mind it that much to be honest, but it is nice to see how the developer team is responding to feedback, which is always a nice touch if we think about the future of the game. So we, as the players, might actually have a say in this at the end.

I took the Monica reference to be for doki doki literature club "Only Monica" (If you haven't looked at Doki Doki literature club, I recommend not judging it by it's cover, it is NOT what it looks like, there's a reason that Psychological Horror is one of its genres) Also the Bangboo stuff blew my mind, I had no idea they added gameplay to the bangboos, crazy that they introduced it into early game, since any that had played at launch would miss it.

- Thanks for the playthrough. - But I'm not happy about the changes - I loved the TVs and I suck at jump & run; even when it's like the Matrix in Shadowrun. - I like all narrative modes and just play that for which I'm in the mood. - Nice assists, I almost always botch the timing or the buttons. - They massively extended Wise explanation, added some combat stages and a lot of dialog to the hacking scene.
