From i persepective as a mainly Classical music listener & performer(vocal) i think what they laid out here in this unfinished version of the song MIGHT be built as a base for some EDM element to make it sound more hype or what so ever in finished version The tone of natlan so far has been kind of 'very bright' compare to other regions EXCEPT for the ochkanatln i really LITERALLY climax they use the what i call 'The edging technique'[basically building tension, Suspicion, Unsatisfied then make us feel Relief for a bit( Or even fool us to believe that is going to be bright/relief for the rest of the song) and keep edging our feeling and most of the time beautifully end with Major but for battle like this end with Minor and also say "Ayo get real" to us](fontaine is the last region Mr.chen associated with) but HOYO-MIX somehow able to keep that very bright tone in the category of yupeng chen's vibe(which i classified as joe hisaishi AKA Ghibli vibe; but more modern). At the end of the day i still pretty much fw natlan's every songs fr Edit: now that i have listen to this through my studio reference headphone AKG 701 im quite sure EDM will be add to some part for sure as it feels lack of instrumental and hit INFACT in many part here EDM already been added in the background but through Non-flat sounding speaker it kinda hard to hear (example 3:22 onward u can hear EDM keybord sound in the back ground) edit(Again): upon listening to the latest version you guys might be right! i cant seems to hear any present of 'Electric or sythetics' sound on the track aside from Electrict guitars to simply break down in the latest version all sythetic sound here 3:22 , 1:05 seems to be replaced with strings section

Xiuhcoatl faked his death. then Waxaklahun plotted to make it real and turn his son, Och-kan, into the next sovereign. but Xbalanque killed Xiuhcoatl first. this weekly boss is not a possessed Xiuhcoatl. this is Gosoythoth mimicking Xiuhcoatl, like the Mimiflora and the Tenebrous Papillae boss mimicking enemies

To be honest : - Design is so good but kinda similar from Elden ring boss. - Music is okay. Probably better than All-devouring Narwhal & Apep. - It is still in beta, but the music doesn't give me the hype like scaramouche beta theme does. Until the official ost is out, I'm ranking this weekly boss theme above the Narwhal & Apep. Maybe above Arlecchino boss theme.
