In the description of the banner it says at 10 wishes you’re guaranteed a 4-star or higher item, meaning you can get a five star in place of the guaranteed four star! :) It’s just that we see four stars way more often per ten pull than we do five stars, obviously lol.

Archon and Story quests and world quests almost make u visit every place, if not all. So time is better spent doing quests

I am one of those player that has 100% in every area. I use the Genshin interactive map and carefully mark everything off. I started after I already got through most of Inazuma so it's never too late. Also you don't ACTUALLY need every quest/item/etc. there's generally way more than enough left over that you will be fine even if you don't find everything.
