No, you should've aim for ATK instead, ER around 140% should be enough I'm testing her as a battery to see how good support she is

I would say yes, with emilie you don't have to worry anymore about being burned, so you could replace thoma with more aggresive subdps instead like xiangling. Her dendro applicant is quite fast too especially when her case is on level 2. And she could be build to be battery as well if you want in exchange of her damage.
