Genshin Impact Co-Op at 3AM...

Genshin Impact Co-Op but it's at 3AM... Co-op is sometimes quite an interesting experience, so I went on in the early hours of the morning. Or late hours of the night depending on how you look at it. I can happily say that I was not disappointed. It was quite funny/entertaining.
I played Co-Op with some lower-leveled players, as well as some who were from completely different countries. Not everything was included because the video would have been 4 hours long if I did. Also decided to try editing this one a bit different so let me know what you think (if anyone even reads descriptions anymore).

I recently had a Japanese player come into my world and spoke to me in Japanese, asking if I knew how to speak it cause I had the lyrics 「暗闇も光るなら 星空になる」in my bio. He then subsequently asked to fish in my world before I could even type cause on PC I had to type it on a notepad then copy and paste my response since genshin wouldn't let me use JP keyboard. It was such a sweet bonding moment cause he tried really hard to communicate with me and I could see his eye's light up when I responded. It honestly made my day.

that boss korean name is called 고대 용 or something like that. 고대 translates to "ancient" or "primal" but in Korea that same word 고대 can also be an abbreviated term for 고려대 which translates to Korea National University. So I'm guessing he was trying to translate the dragon boss' Korean name to English name and it just came out terribly XD

I always find it funny when you try to translate between English and Asian languages via something like Google Translate. Some words stick, but most of the time the context is completely lost because of the structure of the sentences, as well as the fact that Asian languages tend to rely a lot more on the subject of a conversation being established only once. Yep, time zone differences make for one hell of encounters when you least expect it in co-op. I'm on the other side of the globe, so to briefly explain why I picked the US server instead of my native regional server, it's because I was following some people who also made their accounts there; not going to tell who though. In my timezone I tend to be at work in the day, so by the time I sign out of it and get ready to play, it's more or less half past 8 on the clock. Sometimes when I can afford downtimes at work (working from home) I'll be online as soon as daily reset kicks in to finish dailies before getting back to work mode, and spend resin later after work. As a result I am rarely able to catch some people I've added in my friends list hailing from the NA server native timezone online. It's pretty much a chill time online if I do, though.
