I really like how Pluie sur la ville is pretty much his second unofficial theme. If Parousia Diluvi represents the Chief Justice, the ever-cold and apathetic Iudex of Fontaine, then Pluie sur la ville represents the confused reborn Hydro Dragon, mingling amongst humans and slowly understanding what it means to be one, and what it takes to be one.

Still the best quality soundtracks in hoyo's repertoire. Incredible raw emotion you can feel from Pluie sur la ville. Personally, Genshin has created the best soundtrack in all of gaming history. I adore Pluie sur la ville and I’m glad I finally know the “rain song”. It’s one of my favourite Fontaine tracks. It’s very somber and melancholic. Almost lonely at times too? Isabella’s Lullaby vibes. This is the song that says Neuvillette, and reminds me of all those tears shed in the Fontaine quests.
