Physical kaeya is more flexible as you only need an electro in a team for superconduct and you can have 2 free slots for any character of your choice. Both are very good options it just depends on your preference.

I only used him because my new characters were low lvl and needed ascension materials. But as I farmed for those ascension materials, Kaeya's friendship level went up, and he grew on me. I play Genshin as if Kaeya is the main character lol. I'm waiting for Mihoyo to give me the Ragnvindr family drama content I crave, but not in comic form. I want to experience the angst™ Also he's literally the reason I even started this game, I care about his whole story and his connection to Kaehnriah so much. Frankly I don't really care for Inazuma, it's beautiful but the quests are just kinda underwhelming, I want more Mondstadt content!
