I don’t think that’s true if you remember they sorta discussed how archons get their straight from basically ruling their citizens and since venti basically disappeared since he doesn’t believe in ruling he’s the weakest of the 7 archons by how much we don’t know but I’d assume that there’s a big gap for how long he’s been missing. + as they’ve mentioned the harbingers have strength from the cryo archon so I’d say they’re at least strong as or stronger than venti (especially signora since she’s 8th out of 11)

As much as cool this "antagonist introduction" is, theres still thing that dont make sense to me. First. Why Barbatos doesnt use his godly powers? Even in his story quest he could bring wind in Mare Juvaile (The place where wind doesnt blow) without gnosis, yet now even though he have gnosis he just let Signora abuse him. Second. So no one heard cryo sounds, people getting beaten up, that "Venti!"? No one didnt come up in "last minute save"? Rosaria, that knight who guard stairs, nuns, Jean? Third. Did Aether just get knocked out by one hit? A traveller beetween world, possibly strongest entity in Teyvat, who even Acting Grand Master found extremely powerfull got owned by one hit?

You can look at the lines in the Chinese version. This is the original dialogue. The original dialogue is that Signora said that because he gave up fulfilling his responsibilities, he had so little power left. It can be seen from this that God’s power will be lost if he fails to fulfill his responsibilities, and Zhong Li is the same. The original line Venti asked, how much power he has left.
