Just so you know, Yu Peng Chen is no longer with us from Fontaine onwards but Dimeng Yuan has been working in HOYO-MIX since Jan 2020, this is several months before Genshin Impact's release, so he's the biggest OG on the team aside from Zoe Cai.

Shout out to Yijun Jiang who composed Die Mittsommernacht-Fantasie and God-Devouring Mania and many other fan favourates, and Dimeng Yuan who composed Fountaine and Natlan's theme music. They prooved that Hoyo-Mix is in safe hands after Yu-Peng Chen left the team.

There are some who are disappointed with the replacement of the travail Natlan theme, but I think it's understandable even more so than Fontain. The picture just wasn't clear enough at the time to make a fitting theme, but now that it is, the current one is much more fitting with the heroic and patriotic themes in Natlan. I think Natlan travail may have been the weakest of the Leightmotifs of the different nations. We'll see about Shneznia, it may be the second weakest and also get replaced or repurposed.
