You should use chopsticks to mix the rice, it makes it a LOT more fluffy, there's a HUGE difference^^

@@Nika-hz8br вы можете заделать по своему , лично я совсем немного посолил рыбу т.к рыба сома по себе солёная и можно легко переборщить , (надеюсь помог) в любом случае рис я не солил

Oh that’s how you fill rice balls. I would make them the shape then dig a hole and try putting the salmon in. And yes it didn’t work. I should also find some sticky rice 😳😅

おにぎりは具を入れても美味しいですが混ぜご飯で作るのも美味しいですよ！最後の鮭を混ぜたおにぎりですね！ベジタリアンとの事なので主さんが言った梅干しや高菜、昆布、混ぜご飯ならワカメなどはどうでしょう！(呼ばれてないけど)

I'm curious. is it possible to substitute Japanese rice with other variants of rice to produce Onigiri? For example, Thai fragrant rice and the usual hybrid high yield rice?

日本の米は粘り気があって纏まるからおにぎりを作るのが簡単だ。 しかし、一般的な東南アジアの米は日本の米より粘り気が少ないから纏まりにくくおにぎりを作るのに向いていない。 基本的に日本の米で作った方が良いと個人的には思うが、もし東南アジアの米を使うなら品質のいい米を少し水を多めにして炊いた方が良いかもしれない。
