Deca had a giant wind barrier to keep his people trapped inside. At some point Venti as a wind wisp was sucked in and found the bard and they then plotted to overthrow Deca and free the people. After he was killed, Venti and the wolf god had 2 choices. Choice 1 duke it out for control of the area or choice 2 peacefully decide who would govern the land and get the Gnosis. The wolf god saw that Venti loved the people while he only loved a good fight so the Gnosis went to Venti. Venti is an original, the civil war he was in happened at the same time as the Archon war, there were just less gods in that area vs the others because the 2 there were way to strong and made the area unlivable. After he was chosen he went to Celestia to get a real body and chose the Bards who led the resistance but died in battle. He is considered the weakest because he doesn't control his people and control is tied to the Gnosis power somehow. He pretty much used it to terraform the area and then went be free and took a long ass nap. Woke up and went "Why are there slaves in my country?" overthrew them and took another long ass nap, woke up again and was like "why is there there a dragon attacking my country?!' blew the abyss into the ocean and killed a dragon...then you guessed it took another long ass nap.

OMG, this reminded me of my years back in the university! I was a foreigner and my name IS hard to pronounce, so teachers and students alike would try to say my name, but always mess it up and at the start i didn't even know if they were talking to me or not, hence at the end we decided to come up with a nickname to use in order to refer to me. All my years at the university everyone was calling me Xenos (a cooler version of stranger/outlander) and even i would present myself with that name at the end (trust me, it's not funny when someone asks for your name and when you give it to them they go like "what?" fifty times in a raw...) So years go by and then... one night... hooo boy... I'm driving home some of my classmates from a party, (since i have a car and i'm the only one not drinking...) and the cops stop us. So, we have 1 more dude (passed out) sitting next to me and 5 girls, sitting one on top of the other in the backseats, soooooooo drunk... well... imagine the worse... and yeah... they threw up... let's not talk about that... Anyway... the cops come to me, look at the back of the car and they are like "oh! you done goofed now son" and i'm like "ok. we are screwed". They ask me for documents, i pass over id and license and as soon as they look at them one of the girls starts shouting "Xeno, what's the holdup? hurry it up". The cop lifts his eyebrow and he is like "what did she just say?" and before i can answer the other jump in to complain about the sudden stop and they keep calling me Xeno, so the cop still looking at my id asks for confirmation about who it is that they are talking about and i still can't say a word before the girls will all confirm that they are talking about me! So, the cop makes that smug face and ask me "son... is this a fake id that you gave me?" and i can feel the satisfaction in his voice, it's like "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. we hit the jackpot guys" and i'm trying to to say it's not the case and he won't even let me answer. He be like "really? a fake id? who did you steal this from son? eh? and you give it to a cop as if he is a bartender or something" and i'm holding back from screaming, cause the situation is already messed up, but i have the girls in the back shouting "Xeno this" and "Xeno that", and my "feet are killing me" and "i'm dizzy" and i feel like i'm about to explode. At that point, the cop orders me to come out from the car. Now... a small detail... ... ... I'm huge! From a young age i was big BIG boy. So you can imagine how i come out from the car and the cop looses that smug face, since all of the sudden he finds me towering over him and like i said i was about to explode, so i bet my face was... kinda scary. Sensing the change of pace, i take the initiative and try to reason with them. I find excuses about the people with me and make it clear that i haven't drank anything and state that what they call me by is just a nickname. So one cop is like "ok ok, just stay away from me", but the other one doesn't wanna give up and he insists that nicknames are either something around an existing word or something around your own name and that my nick had nothing to do with either. So i turn to him as he holds my license and say me: "sir, can you read what's written there?" him: "yeah, sure" me: "well... can you read it out loud for us?" him: "what?" me: "can... you... read.. out loud... the name, on my documents?" So you see him turn on the card... keeps looking at it... opens his mouth... wants to say something... closes his mouth... and i can literally hear the gears in his brain working :P At last, he gives me back my documents and says "make sure these kids get home safe and sound", so i'm like "thank you sir". Boy i left without looking back. Man oh man... Good times... Good times.

I relate to Venti so freaking much... I mean, thankfully my name is the more common spelling (Leah) and a lot of the other spellings are pronounced similarly or the same so I don't usually have many problems but occasionally I'll have people think my name is pronounced like Leia/Leiah because of Star Wars or like Lee (thankfully in elementary school I tried to convince people to call me LeLe or Li so that doesn't bother me all too much) and I just don't really care enough to correct them since it's not like I really care seeing as how I've never exactly been crazy about my name anyway...although it actually does drive me crazy when people call me Leia because my cousin (a huge Star Wars fanatic) used to (and occasionally still does) call me "Princess Leia" to tease me since he knows I've never liked Star Wars (I can't watch long movies like those that are all scifi unless they're animated (and even then they usually just bore me if it's something space related) because it bores me so much that I've literally passed out cold once when my mom and brother decided to watch a Star Wars marathon in my room, I mean, I was out for like 10+ hours, shoes and all (don't ask why I was wearing shoes in my bed I don't know) and I'm a freaking insomniac and this was _BEFORE_ I told my mom and doctor about being an insomniac so I didn't have anything to help me sleep) and it would always drive me insane because all of my cousins (and little brother) started teasing me and calling me Princess Leia. I just...don't really feel like correcting them since they're usually substitute teachers or people I'll never meet again anyway. Unfortunately...my last name is extremely common...but the spelling isn't...all my life I've had to correct the spelling (I've even gotten a report card with the wrong name before but I know for a fact that I'm the only person in the database with a similar name since whenever people would ask for my last name and type the common spelling in nothing would pop up) until eventually I just stopped spelling it out for them without being prompted and just watched as they stared at the computer screen in confusion before telling them how to spell it because it was so amusing. It actually got to the point that whenever I would pick up my text books/turn them in the person scanning them would just take one look at me and and say "-insert correct spelling of my last name here- right?" before scanning the book and hanging it to me. And the worst part? The reason why I was given my last name instead of my mom's (my parents were never married) last name is because her last name (which is technically German and technically speaking no one ever pronounces it correctly--not even us because it's just more convenient to pronounce it with a w sound instead of a v sound) is even _HARDER_ to spell as well as a lot longer so my mom figured that if her kids had to have a last name that nobody is ever going to be able to spell correctly then she might as well give us the one that's only a few letters long and the easiest to spell.
