About the ADHD tangent somewhere around the middle of the video, nowadays ADD isnt an offical diagnosis and has just become merged with ADHD (simular to aspergers merging with autism) as different "types" So technecly nowadays a person can have ADHD without being full on physically hyperactive, as its dependent on the diagnosis (As someone with late diagnosed nurodivergencies I just think its important to correct the small bits of misinformation any hopefully someone will enjoy learning)

As someone with diagnosed ADHD I can attest to the fact that you are incredibly hyperactive, but when paired with my depression, it’s like an on and off kind of thing. Sometimes I get hyperactive at night but I’ve been tired all day and sometimes it’s the other way around.
