@@zk6610 I'm not the one that said that and yes it can, its a matter of how artists are and the time they take in order to animate. Me when I animated I uploaded every week cause I would animate at least 30-45 seconds with plenty of recycled frames, so it wasn't too hard to upload every week, now I've grown more busy and get done with illustrations WEEKS after starting it, with how colored and edited this animation is, it really could have taken 7 months. There's storyboards,rough drafts, rough line art, cleaning it up and smoothing it out (which takes the longest in my opinion) base coloring it, base shading it, adding secondary base shading, special effects AND EDITING soo..
