It feels like just yesterday I explored the Archon Quest, Beautiful landscape, and captivating world quests of Fontaine. I am still in shock that we are at the end. To say Fontaine has captivated me through its entire update lifespan is an understatement, and I will miss the constant Fontaine updates dearly. But extremely excited for Natlan (and of course we still got 2 more updates to enjoy Fontaine!)

00:19:59 "TEARS OF DAYS PAST" MY BELOVED 🥺 I had no choice but to continue on with the world quest once I heard this when the Traveler got into a daze looking at the statue early on in Petrichor. That first cutscene of Remuria's glorious past and disastrous fall was made all the more memorable with this somber yet pristine and deeply cathartic track playing in the background. To me, even at first listen, this felt like the initial anguish (first half) and eventual bittersweet acceptance (second half) of a dream that has been broken, forever irreparable. It's a song that somehow simultaneously feels like personal heartbreak and the anthem of an entire nation's legacy before it crumbles into the deep. Incredible.

I started the quest on accident too and i wasn't wearing my headphones. So i logged out to look for my headphones and restarted the quest. The ost was so good and it's still playing inside my head few days after i finished it. The song gives me a feeling of sadness, not heart wrenching sadness but more like a "backround" feeling that lasts forever. You feel as if you are witnessing the fall of Remuria itself

Remuria is so romantic. Not in an "im in love" way, but in the way that it's beautiful. It's beautiful because it's tragic. A civilization doomed to fail, but doing it in the most beautiful way. The ost describes just that through the music

11:26 is stuck inside my head because I retried it so many times, I used Scara, Xianyun both for mobility + anemo resonance, Geo traveler for pre-placed geo constructs, rosaria + night for movement speed, and stamina food buffs "Why?" you ask because I didn't know until a friend told me that you could freeze the bubbles with the skill thing 🪦⚰️ Still, Remuria is peak Genshin music for me right now (it's the [OST disc number of releases]th time I say this, I'm probably saying this again when Natlan disc comes out XD)
