Gent are an awesome company... back in the 90s I obtained a pul-syn-etic master clock but needed some technical data... called them on the off chance, they spent 2 days digging up obsolete details for me and posted them to me free of charge! I've liked the company ever since

Hello guys. I have a new gent xenex recently installed and was working perfectly until an high voltage affected the transformer and it was blinking all the lights on the Panel. I noticed that the transformer was damaged and I got it repaired. Afterwards, I noticed it keeps saying fault (power) and kept on blinking just like in the video above. Please how can I resolve this as the Batteries are still very new? Could it be the transformer? Could it be that the Batteries are bad? Also, not that when I power down the Panel leaving the Batteries, it works. Meaning there's charge on the Batteries. I'll appreciate any help please.

Hi. I have one of these pannels for my street light shed and it says there is a fault with the sounder, I spoke to a mate and he said the resistor I used for it was to low so I was wondering what type you use in your pannel. If so could u possibly do a vid explaining it all. Cheers
