I grew up as a gentile! In my 20s I found out we were Jewish, and had mixed feelings! ( I grew up as a catholic!) because of what I heard all my life! I am back in The States, and I am starving to learn my culture and go back to my roots!!

It makes sense.. I have a friend who married a Jewish man. He did his bar mitzvah, learned Hebrew prayers etc.. he left Judaism behind to pursue money and a beautiful gentile woman. They have a beautiful children but the man won’t even teach his children about Judaism.. he even allowed his wife to register the kids in a private catholic school.. no objection whatsoever! And you have people like myself who are eager to convert, and despite and obstacles, we are willing to overcome them.. I pray for an opportunity 🙏🏽

As always, excellent lesson and great lessor !!! Thank you rabbi. Nothing new here rabbi. Hashem is bringing back some souls that where MIA, those (converts) that the world said was lost. Hashem knows all 12 tribes and He is bringing them back. Sometimes one by one and sometimes a lot. In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, there is a WHOLE community of ex-Protestants that were missionaries trying to convert Jews that now are converting to orthodox Judaism. So, my point is Mashiach is coming!!! We should be alert!!

My mother married a Jewish man when I was 14. She went thru an orthodox conversion. I grew up in a large Jewish family lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters and brothers. My Orthodox Russian grandmother was the matriarch and spoke Yiddish. This was all happening in 1967 at the time of the 6 Day War. All of this made a huge impression on me. Now I go to church and try to convince my brethren to become Jewish as in Zechariah 8:23.

Yisroel is always suppose to be the smallest nation, begins with a yud. Converts are old souls with a Jewish spark in them and that's why they convert (if for the proper reasons not for marriage). Remember Hashem keeps a reminent...always. Shlomo Carlbach brought many back in the 60s. Only 20% of Jews left Egypt alive. No one should say bad things about the Ger Tzadik! No one!

Ladrino,Latino makes sense to me,and I am not sure how,maybe memories in my blood? I live in the wilderness, with no orthodox rabbi to convert,but with Internet, I can hear and do what this rabbi says, he speaks truth. Baruch Hashem please continue to protect and bless Rabbi Mizrachi, and please bless him with the blessing of Abraham, for raising souls . bless him with the blessing of Isaac, for helping those who thirst. bless him with the blessing of Jacob, for working so hard for Hashem.please bless him with the blessing of Ephraim, for multiplying the light and jewels on the crowns, on earth and heaven. Rabbi Glick said there are two types of teachers. kind or strong. and rabbi Glazerson came to mind for kind teacher, and Rabbi Mizrachi for strong, but I think I was wrong, I Rabbi Mizrachi is both strong and kind.

Thank God for the Jews. They know Who they worship. Most 'Christians' these days don't have a clue with their made up three-in-one god that is nowhere to be found in the Bible. They pick and choose which commandments they keep and have the audacity to call another day the 'christian sabbath'.....like God (Who said "I am the LORD, I changeth not") changed His mind about which day was the Sabbath! Woe to them that call evil good and good evil. The Almighty One will not be mocked.

Why are the laws of the Torah that many people so much want to follow now, only allowed to be observed by Jews. Didn't HaShem give the Torah to the world via the Jews? Is it fair to keep the Torah and laws only to the Jews or ist it HaShem's will to have everyone in the world to live by his laws? It's easy to blame the "Gentiles" for the downfall of the Jews, but then again that is not giving Jews responsibility for themselves. There has to be an opening, and teach Gentiles how to act and follow HaShems will. Furthermore, it is against Jewish law to blame others for what is going wrong in your life. It is HaShems law that each person is responsible for his/her life. So who's responsibility is it for a Jew to stop living the life of a Jew? It's their own responsibility...a low level Gentile or any other non Jewish person with a lower consciousness is simply the catalyst or test given to a Jew by HaShem for the Jew to either convert them to the ways and laws of the Torah or to prove how strong willed the Jew is not to be taken down. I could say the same thing about a Jewish person marrying another Jewish person just because they are Jewish by birth. That person they marry could very well be a very secular Jewish person or even an Atheist, but they were married just because of their birthright. That Jewish person with the low level of consciousness could very well bring the observant Jew down as well.

It wasn't the Egyptians who left with Moses who caused the problems. It was the Jews themselves. Jews like Korah and his buddies, The Ten Spies, even his brother Aaron, who built the Golden Calf. The list goes on. This is why it is so disingenuous to blame Gentiles when the Jews are the cause of all their own problems.

Does anyone know if a reform Convert is a JEW?
@toravahavaofflorida87416 жыл бұрын
No and yes... in america and liberal places yes; in the orthodox world(which trumps all other jewish denominations) no. The reason is because they don't follow halakah... one example is this the Torah says a man who is m'chullul shabbat is cut out of his people (Beis Yisrael). Since reform rabbis don't follow halakah their conversion processes can not be trusted
@rachelgrabowiecki40395 жыл бұрын
@@toravahavaofflorida8741ur answer is incorrect and misleading. reform conversion is not considered Jewish ...end of story. Just because as you say Liberal places accept it that means nothing. There is only one halacha and according to halacha nothing they do is Jewish so there is only one correct answer and that is NO
