@@LesterCooper-em4jr sorry to say that I'm not a musician, but I'd love to hear whatever funky jazz you make. My friends Jay and Rick are all about this kind of stuff, and they'd probably love to make some head-nodding rhythms with you.

I am late to this party, but good to be familiar with these players. Each player sounds so well rehearsed, but the music has a very open, free feel to it. Also love the sustain of the guitar. This is great stuff. Thank you jesusmqp for posting this and other Greg Howe clips!

@Basscauts yes, this was the tour for the tetsuo sakurai's album: gentle hearts, which was recorded with the same line up. you can also find some songs of this tour on the greg howe's album: extraction, which also has dennis chambers on the drums, but howe himself on keyboards and victor wooten on bass

4 masters played their best performance at that times. they compete with their own technic, at the same time they back up each other to make harmony. I think 'Wonderland in the sky' is the best. and T 'The Invisible way' is also real one.

I fucking love this song ! It’s so damn perfect ….. it’s just pure feeling and perfection , the grooves and rhythm is catchy that voices would be absolutely unnecessary. I admit I liked more with Mr. Wooten but Mr. Zakuray is a real alien 👽 the bass . What can I say about Mr. Chambers ……. He’s the GOAT 🐐 drummer , and his Majesty “ Sir . Greg Howe , one of the best of the planet and other universes around .

dennis is a very good drummer , keeps his time and rhythm even though he seems to be going into another direction as the rest of the band is playing , meaning like he plays into a solo in the song , but i guess thats what fusion is about .

@yhtomitalmighty during this tour/dvd and this video it was a fodera bass, an emperor model i think, during the time of the album recording he was still using his signature yamaha trb, or at least that was the bass he holds on the album cover. nowadays he keep using fodera basses along with some vintage fenders

boy i love this video! they are all GREAT, but imagine this....a trumpet, or tenor sax instead of the lead guitar! or maybe not instead, i wouldnt want it to lose that fusion vibe... so maybe trumpet/or sax takes befor the drum solo, and guitar takes after and outtro....man this song goes hard..

those grunge ppl care more about trends or fashions... everytime i speak with ppl like that i hear them sain about creating new sounds but usualy they have that kind of thinkin like: "everythin i like is good, if i dont like it is bad music" or "music dont need to be complicated" ... only open minded ppl with inteligence and character can fully appreciate/understand music like this. real soul, groove and talent
