I just recently went throw a tragic truck crash. Losing one child good friend an nearly losing my own life also. Then grabbing a huge blanket, putting it over your shoulders as you get out of bed. You go to sit on your windowsill, breathing softly on the window, you make a heart shape out of the patch from your breath. You smile softly, the more you heard the rain the more you melted. It made you feel safe in a way, it made you feel like you were really protected from the harm of the world. You cuddle up next to the window with the blanket. Still smiling you put your head against the window, soon drifting off to sleep from the calming sound of the rain. *goodnight, sleep well. I hope after reading this you go to bed.*

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. I am starting to use it to fall asleep. mom moves in with us . She cries every night because of chronic pain on her spine and falls into depression because of my dad has other plan that is not include her. she also lost her big sister and she didn't get a chance to make peace with her. all that adds together uncontrollable crying. i used this video last night on my surround speakers oh man i slept 10 out of 12 hours....i am going to use it every night.....thanks so much for uploading this video.
