Hello friends! I wanted to share some love with you 💕 One of the most life changing things I have ever done was... making my bed in the morning 😳 But the biggest topic and reason I bring this up is: intention. I don't make my bed because it supposedly makes you more successful, or less of a procrastinator or all those theories out there to get you to make your bed in the morning lol - I make my bed in the morning because I do it for me. I deserve to come home to a nicely made bed and a clean room after a long day of work, AND YOU DO TOO. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have to make your bed in the morning, but if you put time into one loving action a day for yourself, it can do wonders! Intention and your values are everything. Somebody who is going to the gym to get a big butt is less likely to continue working out rather than somebody who goes to the gym for their health.. Make your bed because you deserve to come home to a cozy little room where you can put your cute little tooties under your covers and relax. You are loved 💕 xo, Hannah

I had a really bad nervous habit of picking at them but once I started using my hands more (drawing and tattooing or fidget toys) I stopped! Once you make it a point to grow them out youll stop yourself :)
