Simply terrific. Great balance and general tone: so much more clarity than the other youtube version. Speaking of versions, we sang this 8 years ago with our Compline Men, AATTTBarBB, but I did an engraving up a minor 3rd which makes it much clearer and less muddy and works so much better with our countertenors without losing the soothing, personal, introspective nature of the piece. For our Jan. 5th, 2020 Compline we are chanting the same piece with a further edit: I engaged 3 angelic sopranos soaring from heaven above to sing the solo Alleluias near the end up an octave.
