These are motorcycles prepared exclusively for racing on the race track ... and by removing the electric starter and battery - and some other related smaller parts - it is possible to save a lot of weight ...

I think it's funny that these fat guys, removed their starters and batteries to save weight. I remember a racer who had $1000s of carbon fiber, and was 40 lbs. over-weight. We used to tell him, laxatives are cheap!
