RIP MyNiggaHarambe, you are wrong. It isn't exaggerated at all. As someone speaking from experience, those medications are not the end all, be all cure for conditions like anxiety or insomnia. The side effects of which can be debilitating and even make the person worse off than when they started. By using other methods such as meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis, and many others, even Asmr- is just as effective as medication. And without the nasty side effects too! Don't believe me, just ask the 800,000 or so of Maria's subscribers.

Listening to you show your face masks is my favorite. 💤💤💤 I also wanted to say something. Up until recent I never took the time to read any of the comments on your videos. After hearing you mention people's rude comments on another video I started reading them more and I wanted to address something in particular. I've seen people make reference to you "having too much time on your hands to use masks or go shopping" and other unnecessary comments. Being in the public eye, I've dealt with rude comments as well. However, you need to know 100% how many people you help. I hope you understand your value to so many people. I can't possibly tell you how much money in my life has been wasted on seeing doctors for insomnia or anxiety or whatever other issues. I 100% believe in positive and negative energy so I always spent my life trying to bring good energy into my life to help aid in those areas. However, until realizing ASMR was an actual "thing", I never got much relief. Continued above..

Sometimes the brain needs to focus on the sounds more. Usually when you're about to go to sleep, your brain is just like, "welp, let's get this kid ready for sleep!" but then when it's the afternoon, you're more alert and the brain is more sensitive to the sounds. At least that's how I see it.

I've had a strange obsession with anything made of shiny vinyl materials since I was kid and was obsessed with these colored bags when they were first introduced on your channel.
