Marcel Savage I honestly can’t explain it. My brother had the same kind of insomnia too. I’ve seen doctors, done sleep studies....there isn’t an actual “reason” we can find. My longest insomnia cycle was when I was awake for 6 days and I about lost my mind. But now the range fluctuates between 3-4 days of being up and then I use the weekends to just crash. Sometimes I’ll either stay awake for days, or, I’ll fall asleep easily but wake up an hour later and keep falling asleep every 2 hours or so. But.......this channel has helped immensely. I’m able to stay asleep for 3-4 hours at a time now. Something about HER voice just knocks me right out.

most whispering asmr is like my go to type of tingles, like any type of whispering will calm me down in an instant. Maria's are so good too, like the extra mouth sound and pop to the words she's saying is so satisfying. it's also a bonus that her breathing is so calming and helps me remember to breathe, since I'm so bad at remembering on my own. normally when I'm anxious, stressed, or just really tired, it's normal for me to loose my breath for about 20-30 seconds before I can go dizzy and take a deep breath😂😂😂
