I actually really love this Gentry. You are the one person the yoyo community really needs focused on a platform like this. I think the number one place yoyoing is failing is consumer marketing and actual media influence. You have the perfect personality to be a top influencer on this and many other platforms regardless of your yoyo ability. Keep grinding and I think we will see even more of a yoyo boom than we already have.

I was in middle school during the 90s yo-yos craze and I loved yo-yoing. Things happened, and I got out of it, then I found your videos!! I remembered how much I loved yo-yoing, bought a few yo-yos, and now my daughter is yo-yoing with me!!! Recently, she went to spend the night with her grandparents, and I encouraged her to take a couple yo-yos and she was able to connect with her grandparents in a way that I don’t think she ever has before and that was thanks to you .😊

I live in south carolina. Where can I find ANY sort of yoyo community in my area. Doesn't have to be comps but just a club or both. I've googled and checked forums. I work in a vape shop and convinced the owner to pull in yoyos, we have other random hippy trippy shit and I think yoyos/kendama are next. Lot of delta smokers. I'm looking for wholesale info and community outreach. We can host if we have to, just wanna make sure I have to set it up rather than step on toes of prior org in the local. I messaged YoYoFactory. But it would be cool if you designed a customizable yoyo. Maybe it allows you to add or remove weight, width etc. Maybe has a cool inner design in plastic or metal that is interchangeable. I also just got my shutter And a few other of your yoyos and love it!
