I was wearing Vibrant Vetiver yesterday- and it's a very light, but nice fragrance. Goes away pretty quickly and never really gets loud, even in the opening. I remembered that I have Summer Vibes (green label) from Authenticity which smells very similar but much denser- figured I'd give it a shot and layer them. Both fragrances improved doing that. The Authenticity has always felt 'too dense' when wearing it, and the VV is way too airy and transparent. Layered it performed very well, could still smell remnants this morning. The scent profiles are not identical, but both have a very 'Sprite and soap' like character. Probably how I'll roll with them from now on, lol.

Its hard for me to buy middle eastern clones now that we have companies like Montagne and DUA who put out way better clones. Ive thrown alot of Lattafa's and Armafs away because they all have a funk to them.

Dua is absolute trash, they just mix premade fragrance oils from China, and then expect you to wait months for it to “settle and mature”. Not to mention that they’re all $1/1ml. Middle Eastern clones aren’t perfect but I’d take any of them over Dua any day.

That Armaf Odyssey Tyrant was horrible for me. It just smelled like pickles to me. Anyone sensitive to certain notes, watch out. CDN Sillage had the same problem for me. Luckily the Tyrant one I was able to return for something else.
