I don’t think Armani is at fault here when it comes to all the recent rebranding. Bear with me here: Armani - complete rebranding of the ADG and Code lines Valentino - Uomo line redirects to Born in Roma Prada - Luna Rossa line redirects to Ocean Mugler - A*Men line completely dead What do these all have in common? They’ve all been acquired by L’Oréal within the last 5 years or so. In other words, L’Oréal hates you.

To me personally i got armani code parfum love the scent and the bottle so the new EDP 2024 being revised doesnt sit well with me have to wait to smell it to judge and see. However im really excited for both versace energy and invictus aqua. I always see fragrance community recommend the original aqua but i didnt start building my collection until late 2020 so to see it coming back im grateful and excited .

invictus aqua 2016 is on the uk paco Rabanne's website so i just had to order 2 bottles of it and it arrived last Friday. ... smells like how I remembered my o.g bottle from back then but longevity on skin maybe not as long although when i checked the batch code it was only manufactured a month ago so might need a bit of time to sit and mature. so glad they brought this back as this along with adg profondo are my 2 favourite fresh aquatic designer scents

​@@Seasniffer69hopefully it gets out there soon as i can't see them going to the hassle of setting up production to re-release it and then limiting ot to the small market of the uk... they're probably testing the waters first to see how it sells here before possibly opening it up to the other markets... although Paco Rabanne's strange as their one million lucky is discontinued here in the UK a while ago and impossible to get (unless you overpay on eBay) but still on sale everywhere in the U.S. so maybe aqua 2016 might not be sold there... who knows 😂

I agree with the Eros line btw, and I'm particularly excited that they're started Energy off as an EDP. I tend to favor EDP's in most lines of each house (Sauvage, Y, etc etc even Le Male Le Parfum is an EDP) not to mention the EDP version of the original Eros and Flame itself. I'm really, really excited for Energy. Almost to the point where I'll just blind buy the bottle. I mean, Versace really never misses with their fragrances. How mad can you really be? Pour Homme, Dylan Blue, Fraiche...all been hit out of the ball park 💯💯⛽👃🏽

Invictus aqua is very disappointing to me. It's actually very simple and not interesting. Opening is nice and uplifting but the dry down is just mineralic and woody. Kind of reminds me of the dry down of BIR EDT but without the sweetness.

Here's how I feel about Giorgio Armani right now 🖕🏼 I'm pretty sure their boardroom is run by a dozen 9 year olds and a new one gets to be in charge every month and make all the important decisions. Ive ran over 5 billion simulations on my AI supercomputer and that was the only one that came back making logical sense. It concluded that by the time they are all in their 40s the company should be back to normal and stable for at least a few years
